During the planning phase, you’ll have several meetings with us to refine and customize your chosen plan. Then comes the really fun part: You’ll have the opportunity to choose your finish details in person during appointments at our in-house design showroom. The showroom gives you a first-hand look at all your design choices for hardware, paint, tile, flooring, lighting, and more. In the showroom, you can see and feel each item for yourself. We start with high-quality materials that other builders consider to be upgrades. Our upgrades are premium materials that many of our competitors don’t even offer. Don’t worry about coordinating your selections to create cohesive look – our designer-curated collections do that for you. In two separate design meetings, you’ll choose interior and exterior design options and upgrades. We’ll also meet with you to plan the landscaping around your new home.
During construction we stay in touch with you so you know just what’s happening as your home takes shape and reaches completion. After construction wraps up, you’ll have two opportunities to walk through the home and make sure that everything is correct as specified in the building agreement.
