We have two ways to build on your lot. Bring us your custom home design and we’ll build it for you at a fixed price. Or you can choose one of our proven, well-designed home plans and together we’ll customize it for you. Either way, you’ll end up with a home you love – and no budget surprises!
To start the process, we’ll evaluate your lot at no cost. If the lot is suitable for building the home you want, we’ll proceed together through a carefully planned process that will lead to the day we hand you the keys to your new home!
Along the way we’ll fine-tune a custom design you bring to us, or you’ll choose a floor plan and finish series to customize one of our plans. We’ll help you choose options, alterations and upgrades to make the home just the way you want it.
Next, the price is set and you obtain financing. Once you sign the purchase agreement, you can join BuilderTrend to receive updates on your home through the app.
Now for some fun! You’ll meet us at our showroom to choose your paint colors, hardware, lighting fixtures, flooring, cabinets and all the other details that will personalize your home.
Meanwhile, construction begins. We’re on the job site every week to monitor the progress on your home and update you throughout the process. You’ll receive regular communication through BuilderTrend and will have several opportunities to tour the home under construction.
Once the home is completely finished and cleaned, we’ll walk you through it in an orientation meeting. We’ll check for anything that needs to be addressed and take care of it before going through the house with you again to check that everything is as we promised.
Then it’s time for the closing. Ownership is transferred to you, the warranties are explained and you get the keys to your new house!
