Meet The Team

Dustin Wong

Dustin is the president of River Stone Construction. He is a general contractor holding licenses in both Tennessee and Georgia. Dustin guides clients through the building process, including CAD based design and drafting. He was awarded Home Builder of the year in 2019 by the Home Builders’ Association of Greater Chattanooga.

Prior to starting River Stone Construction, Dustin managed a kitchen and bath remodeling company, specifically focused on large-scale remodeling projects. He was born and raised in Ooltewah, TN, and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

After years in the remodeling business, Dustin teamed up with Jason Farmer to form River Stone Construction.

Jason Farmer

Jason brings two decades of real estate and building experience to the team. As a builder, a real estate broker, and an investor he has knowledge of many areas of the industry.

Specializing in site acquisition, product design, sales, and customer relations, Jason’s personal philosophy of “Under Promise and Over Deliver” is part of what makes River Stone a success.

A lifelong Chattanoogan, Jason serves on the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission, has served on many boards including president of Habitat for Humanity, and past president of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors. Giving back to his community while building his business here is one of Jason’s core values.

He is an avid outdoorsman with a love of fly fishing for bonefish in the Bahamas, as well as spending time with his wife Ann and their two children Gus and Lina at their home on Signal Mountain.

Jessica Wong

Jessica manages the day-to-day operations at River Stone, focused mainly on project management and client relations. She grew up in Blue Ridge, Ga. where her father was a real estate developer, allowing Jessica to become familiar with the land development process from an early age.

Prior to joining River Stone, Jessica practiced nursing as a Registered Nurse then pursued a graduate degree in business administration. She eventually returned to her roots, joining her husband, Dustin, on the River Stone team.

Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude with a M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a B.S. in Nursing from Valdosta State University.

Ann Farmer

Ann came to River Stone with a unique business perspective that was immediately recognized. With years of experience as the COO of a healthcare media company, Ann oversaw the sale of the company to private equity and spent several years directing the post sale integration. She served on the Board of Directors and was named 30 Under 30 in the magazine publishing industry.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Georgia, Ann spent her first few years at River Stone as the Accounting Manager and Home Designer. Ann’s current day-to-day responsibilities include the design of all spec homes, coordination of design for all custom homes with clients, and oversight of the accounting operations of the business. She follows new design trends in the housing market to ensure River Stone remains current with the latest design trends.

Ann enjoys an active lifestyle of exercise in addition to spending time with her husband Jason and their two children, Gus and Lina.
