The Loudon floor plan builds on the ease of one-level living while offering a bit more space and added flexibility. Slightly larger than our other single-level townhome plans, the Loudon is thoughtfully designed for those who want low-maintenance living without sacrificing comfort or functionality.

The Loudon offers two unique layout options depending on the unit location. Exterior units feature an attached one-car garage, providing secure parking and extra storage.
